By accessing or using the services of takethezero (hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
The Platform offers business advisory services, including process audits, statistical modeling, budget optimization, and loss reduction in factory cost structures. Results are based on objective analysis and do not guarantee specific economic benefits.
The user agrees to provide truthful and complete information for the proper execution of the services. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for notifying any unauthorized use.
takethezero shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from the use of the Platform, except in cases of fraud or gross negligence. Reports and recommendations are support tools and do not replace the user's professional judgment.
All content, methodologies, and materials provided by takethezero are the exclusive property of the company and are protected by intellectual property laws. Their reproduction or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.
Services are invoiced according to the contracted plan. Cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance. No refunds will be made for services already rendered. Any changes to the conditions will be notified 30 days in advance.
takethezero reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform in case of breach of these terms, without prejudice to corresponding legal actions. The user may request termination at any time by written notice.
These terms may be updated periodically. Modifications will take effect 30 days after their publication on the Platform. Continued use of the services will imply acceptance of the changes.
